1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in the MyPaidPost ecosystem. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. CREATOR CONTENT

Creators retain 100% ownership of their content. By uploading content to MyPaidPost, you grant us a limited license to host and distribute that content to your authorized fans. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

3. PAYMENTS & FEES

MyPaidPost takes 0% of your primary subscription revenue. We charge only a small processing fee for payouts as specified in our pricing documentation. All transactions are final unless required by law.

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users are prohibited from uploading illegal content, infringing on intellectual property, or attempting to bypass our security measures. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination.

5. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
